About Us
Jim and Tricia Robertson set up Robertson Locations in 2002 when we bought our first residential property in Chichester and started building a holiday chalet on the plot of land we had bought in Alpe d’Huez (France) in 2000. This exciting project of building a high spec chalet on the slopes of one of France’s best ski resorts was a dream come true for Jim, who had been looking out for a property in the snow for many years. To build our own chalet was even better. With Tricia’s fluent French and Jim’s engineering background, building progressed and Chalet Namika was ready by Christmas 2002. Subsequent summers have seen more additions and alterations to the chalet, and we can confidently say it is one of the best Alpine chalets you could stay in.
We bought our apartment in Juan-les-Pins following a family holiday during the summer of 2004 when we fell in love with the area. We wanted somewhere very accessible, where it wasn’t essential to have a car, and offered the opportunity to have an active holiday or a peaceful one. We found the perfect apartment, complete with its own private garden, set in 7 acres of lush grounds, but just a short distance from all amenities.
We have 3 daughters who all enjoy staying in both Alpe d’Huez and Juan-les-Pins. They access both places by public transport and, with both properties very well equipped, can travel easily and lightly.
We now have 7 one-bedroom flats, and a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Chichester, West Sussex, all within easy walking distance to the station and town centre.
- Jim is a member of the National Federation of Residential Landlords (No. 3382) and is a member of the Hampshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme (No.070096).
- We are market driven, and have recognised the need for young, professional people to have their own space.
- We believe that good maintenance is important, and like to feel our tenants can come to us if there is ever a need.
- We interview potential tenants personally, and feel we have a good relationship with all our tenants.
- All flats can be offered furnished or unfurnished according to the needs of the tenant.
