Residence Le Chateau de la Pinede
The Residence Le Chateau de la Pinede is situated in one of the most beautiful and sought after locations on the Cote d’Azur, Le Cap d’Antibes. This unspoilt peninsula juts out into the Mediterranean between Nice and Cannes, and Juan les Pins is conveniently near to Nice airport, the A8 Autoroute and the railway line.
The Apartment is located in the beautiful grounds of the old Chateau in Juan les Pins. The grounds of the Residence consist of 7 acres of lawns, shrubberies and gardens, with plenty of trees to provide shade if needed. There is a large swimming pool, children’s pool and two tennis courts. This oasis of peace and tranquillity is within 500 metres of the fashionable shopping area, sandy beaches and the Marina, Port Gallice. The ancient town of Antibes is just 1 kilometre away, and a short drive north leads into the Alpes Maritimes offering wonderful scenery and historic ‘perched’ villages.
The Apartment is situated on the ground floor and has its own private garden with patio on three aspects, giving a choice of sun or shade all day. The Apartment is 70 metres square and has;
- an entrance hall,
- large living/dining room, TV,DVD & Sky
- well-equipped kitchen,
- bathroom with WC
- cloakroom with second WC.
- 2 x twin bedrooms (a Z-bed as an optional 3rd bed)
- Sofa bed in the lounge. (We would not recommend more than 6 people in the Apartment.)
- All rooms in the Apartment have doors opening out on to the secluded private garden which trebles the living area.
The Apartment is well-equipped and comfortably furnished throughout. The kitchen contains electric hob, eye level oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a TV in the living area and also a telephone (a card must be bought for calling outside local area). The garden has table and chairs, loungers, parasol etc. There is a private underground garage for your use.
