Terms & Conditions

- Booking - Having agreed availability on your chosen dates we will hold your booking for 4 working days. To secure your booking we need a completed Booking Form and a non-refundable holding deposit of 25% of the rental charges. When we receive your booking form, we will send you a confirmation invoice showing the holding deposit you have paid and Balance remaining. This is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
- Keys and Arrival Instructions will be sent to you after full payment has been received and 7-10 days before your arrival date.
- If you wish to fly down and reduce your baggage, we can provide linen (sheets and towels) at £12 per person, to cover the cost of laundering at the end of your stay. Please indicate your requirements on the Booking Form.
- Damage/Loss Deposit - £200 is required with the Balance against any damage or loss during your stay. This is refundable upon return of keys and subject to no damage/loss reported by our cleaner.
- Cleaning - We require £45 to cover the cost of cleaning the Apartment after your departure. This will be deducted from your refundable deposit.
- We request that guests leave by 10am on their departure day (Saturday) and please do not arrive before 3pm on arrival day, to allow time for cleaning the Apartment.
- May we remind you that it is essential you take out full personal travel insurance for all people intending to stay in the Apartment. This is to insure against cancellation, any medical expenses or loss of personal possessions. We would also advise you to take an up-to-date EHIC (NHS/European Health Insurance Card) with you.
- Payments - We regret that we do not accept credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to:- J & PM Robertson. Alternatively payment can be made online over the internet - please contact us for further details.
