Jim and Tricia Robertson set up their company, Robertson Locations, in 2002 when they bought their first property in Chichester.We now have 7 one-bedroom flats, and a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Chichester, West Sussex, all within easy walking distance to the station and town centre.
* Jim is a member of the National Federation of Residential Landlords and is a member of the Hampshire Landlord Accreditation Scheme (No.070096).
* We are market driven, and have recognised the need for young, professional people to have their own space.
* We believe that good maintenance is important, and like to feel our tenants can come to us if there is ever a need.
* We interview potential tenants personally, and feel we have a good relationship with all our tenants.
* All flats can be offered furnished or unfurnished according to the needs of the tenant.
